In itself, it's child's play... just paint as you like, what you like. You don't have to be an artist to do it! But... as adults, we often have a lot of (false) ideas in our heads about what we can and can't do, so this very simple and accessible painting exercise will strongly encourage you to understand the way you act and create in the world. Intuitive painting is so revealing that it acts as a mirror for the constraints you place on yourself, the potential that lies dormant within you and the freedom you dare to take. In this sense, it's a super-powerful tool for self-discovery.

You don't need to bring anything - all the materials will be at your disposal. However, I encourage you to come with an intention for your participation. Is there something you'd like to set in motion? More freedom you'd like to acquire? The intention with which you undertake the workshop will give a clear direction to your subconscious, which will express itself in its own way through intuitive painting. However, don't overthink it - if you don't have any particular idea, that's fine too, and I'll guide you through the process. Also, remember to wear comfortable clothes and don't forget that you'll be using acrylic paint.
